Recruitment Process
Check out the phases of our recruitment process, scheduled to take place between May and July 2024:
Initial evaluation: Interviews with candidates by our consulting partner
People & Management evaluations: Interviews with Suzano’s Human Resources team
Technical case study: Development and presentation of a case study about a real business challenge faced by Suzano
Coffee with Suzano leaders: An opportunity to learn a little more about the company from conversations with our leaders (this is not considered a selection criteria)
Final phase: Participants present a 3-minute pitch and answer questions from a judging panel
