Governance

We are a publicly traded Brazilian company with a presence in several countries. Both in Brazil and in the United States, we comply with the regulations of the respective securities regulators (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, or CVM, in Brazil, and Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, in the U.S.). Our governance structure includes a Board of Directors with a Statutory Audit Committee and a Fiscal Council.
